Crosta Pizzeria soared to an impressive 54th place in the 50 Top Pizza’s global rankings. This significant achievement comes after the pizzeria’s 32nd place finish in the Asia-Pacific region.
A Mano by Amado Forés, son of Filipino chef and culinary icon Margarita Forés, also made a strong impression on the global stage, coming in at 96th, following their 48th place finish in the Asia-Pacific region.

But the crowning moment was when Crosta Pizzeria’s Cherry Culatello Pie, a creation by Yuichi Abellare Ito, was honored as the Pizza of the Year 2023, earning the prestigious Latteria Sorrentina Award. This masterpiece features black Tasmanian cherries marinated in marsala, gorgonzola cream, mozzarella, and balsamic vinegar.
